If you do not feel relief within 60 days of receiving your device, return it for a full refund. We pay return shipping. No restocking fee. The trial starts the day your device arrives, not the day you order.

• We will send you a pre-paid return shipping label within 24 hours
• Drop the package at any USPS location
• Your refund is processed within 5 business days of receipt

Exchanges

Want to swap colors? Email us within 60 days and we will exchange your device for a different color at no additional cost. We cover shipping both ways.

Warranty Claims

Your TECHNECK includes a 2-year manufacturer warranty. If anything fails during the warranty period, we will replace your device at no cost. Email support@techneckpro.com with your order number and a description of the issue.

Refund Processing

Refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5 business days of receiving your return. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed.
